Your content is stored across 3 geographically independent data centres located in France, with daily backups. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. This redundancy ensures the protection of your data even in the event of a physical disaster at one of the sites.

For the Patience Pack, the maximum length is 30 minutes per video. For the Serenity Pack, the interview can last up to 45 minutes. If you need more time, feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

After your purchase, you receive a secure upload link valid for 7 days. Once your video is uploaded, access is restricted except by special request (additional fees may apply). This protects the element of surprise for your recipients.

Delivery is triggered upon presentation of a death certificate. We recommend informing a trusted person or your solicitor to contact Memory of a Star at gestion@memoireduneetoile.com when the time comes.

If the subscription is not renewed, your data will be permanently destroyed 30 days after the anniversary date. Recipients also have 30 days after delivery to retrieve their files before permanent deletion.

Currently, the Serenity Pack (professional home filming) is only available in Reunion Island. For other regions, the Patience Pack allows you to record your message independently from anywhere in the world.

Yes. Any sexually explicit, violent, or child exploitation content is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule results in an immediate and permanent ban without refund.
